What fuel do the engines use?
All Shengfang turbojet engines use aviation kerosene (Jet-A/JP-8) as the primary fuel. Select models also support diesel and gasoline configurations. The recommended lubrication oil mix ratio is 3%~5%.
What is the maintenance interval?
All current models have a standard maintenance interval of 25 operating hours. This includes inspection, cleaning, and replacement of wearable components as needed.
What is included with each engine?
Each engine is delivered with a complete set of standard accessories including ECU, wiring harnesses (power, signal, throttle), oil pump, oil filter, display unit, and ball valve. Specific accessory lists vary by series β see individual product pages for details.
What is the difference between B Series and Pro Series?
B Series engines feature our self-developed ECU V3 system with brushless starter motor, ideal for standard applications. Pro Series engines use advanced ECU V4/V5 systems with enhanced precision control, Festo-grade filtration, and industrial-grade components for more demanding applications. Pro Series also supports higher oil pump voltage limits (15V vs 13V).
What is the Quick Start version?
Quick Start models (currently SW300Pro-K and SW400Pro-K) are based on Pro Series platforms with an enhanced rapid ignition system that achieves engine start times of β€30 seconds, compared to standard start times. Ideal for time-critical missions and rapid-deployment scenarios.
What is the typical lead time for orders?
Standard models typically ship within 2-4 weeks. Select popular models may be available for immediate shipment with 3-5 business day lead times. Custom configurations may require additional time depending on specifications.
Do you provide export documentation?
Yes. All exports are fully compliant with China's dual-use items export regulations. We handle the complete export licensing process including obtaining Dual-Use Items and Technologies Export Licenses from the Ministry of Commerce, and conducting end-user verification.
Can I visit the factory before ordering?
Absolutely. We welcome factory inspections including facility tours of assembly workshops and test benches, live engine testing demonstrations, face-to-face technical briefings with engineering teams, and credential reviews. We coordinate the complete visit including logistics and translation services.
What after-sales support is available?
We provide comprehensive lifecycle support including: remote technical support via RS-232 telemetry analysis, on-site engineer dispatch for major projects, spare parts inventory with quick delivery, systematic operator and maintenance training (online or on-site), and warranty services covering manufacturing defects.
